I’ve been browsing (lurking sounds like I’m going to pop out and mug somebody) this forum and peforum.net for about four months now. I started jelqing/kegeling and had a light routine for about a month. My erections grew harder and I believe I made slight gains, but have no offical measurements.
I’ve been more dedicated for the last month, incorporating streching, with blasters, and squeezes into my routine.
I have a set goal that keeps me very motivated. My girlfriend is abroad in Europe (living with her mom) and won’t be back for four months. We were only in a full sexual relationship for a short period before she left and I was having erection troubles! I have taken care of that with kegeling exercises so that’s good. I would really like to be bigger for sex though, both length and girth.
Right now I’m at about
5.3 nbpel and only 4.25 girth
when I jelq and get to 5” girth, it’s a real motivation of the possibilities of PE.
my goal is to surprise her with a larger dick next time she sees me (over four months). I already have harder hard-ons, so that’s a plus even if I don’t gain much, but would really like to gain something!
my routine now is to jelq and do squeezes in the shower in the morning (in the same session) and do blasters/streching at night (followed by brief dry jelqing to restore circulation.
