I do advocate for going into a kegeling/edging routine and give it a try.
Edging and kegeling is like jelqing: it requires a lot o practice to identify the various muscles and control them with your will. Start edging today, and do it daily!
A) The most simple exercise is classical edging to high impact stimulus. I absolutely recommend NOT to use porn, but your head movie catalogue at free disposal. Imagine the most erotic things, and masturbate slowly and with very light pressure. When you feel the PONR approaching, stop masturbating and squeeze your glans quite hard. The PONR feeling then should immediately fade out. Go on with cerebral and manual stimulation as before and repeat the stop/go as much as planned.
Do it on a schedule, like 15 mins with 3 stops, and then slowly move to up to half an hour with as many stops as you are able to do. This will give you a feeling of strength: you are able to control the urge of orgasm and completely control your dick!
B) After a few weeks start with simple kegeling: urine flow stop while taking a piss. With this, you are able to identify your BC muscle. Start a very light routine of compressing the BC muscle for 10sec and rest 5sec. Repeat it for 3-5 mins for at least 1 month. This can be done in public, it’s very discreet and all you need is a watch indicating seconds. Take it seriously and do it every day.
C) Then comes the moment to discover your PC muscle. Massage your taint (between balls and anus) lightly for 5 minutes and try to build compressions,like waves travelling from the anus towards the balls. That’s your PC muscle. Then include the massage in the edging: stop at PONR, feel as the muscle starts to pump, and learn to relax it by gently massaging it. Very light touch, more of pressing it inside instead of massaging it.
D) If you are completely able to stop/go at will as long as you intend to, it’s the moment to discover the last pelvic muscle: the one you need for reverse kegels. I am, anatomically speaking, not very sure if it’s a muscle or rather the relaxation of PC or BC, but I know how to control it. Best is to exercise this when doing wet jelqs. Make a slow jelq movement, clench the base of your dick with your other hand and stop all movements. Then start to pump blood in your dick. You will need some time for getting how to do it, but when you feel that it works then you have found the method for the reverse kegel (as far as I have understood it). This allows you to pump blood in your dick as much as you want. Now the trick is: this is an orgasm stop technique too. When you completely control the blood flow, combine it with edging and instead if pressing the glans you stop and pump intentionally your dick fuller. This will not work for the first few times, because you will race over the PONR and come like a fountain. But don’t give up, believe me please, it works and is a highly enjoyable moment when used in intercourse. You just have to stop the pounding and simply stay pushed at max into her and let her feel all your dimension. And then you can go on!
E) The last stage is an edging exercise: masturbate slowly towards the PONR and then, when you feel you reach it, continue the masturbation and contract ALL pelvic muscles at the same time. This means the orgasm can be stopped without even having the glans compressed. Will need quite a lot of time, but is extremely powerful because you can stop/go without interrupting intercourse.
Anything that goes beyond that level of self-control is tantric sex! Not that I think Tantra is bad, all the opposite, I am quite interested in the higher level of orgasm control for myself, but let’s start with the basics first. And I am still not where I want to be!
I know all this sounds a bit complicated but it is well worth the effort, because it makes you, technically speaking, a very long-lasting lover. Think in months of time to invest.
