Seriously. I have a hard time believing I can do this. I know you say it takes dedication, I’m sure it does. But has anyone ever ACTUALLY seen this?

I”m 4.5” EG and I would love a 5.25”.

Does it take months? Years? If I start with the newbie routine then move onto clamping, is this realistic? Be honest.

Hey, bro!! I’ve seen cases there of Jelqs that the person reached the dreamed 15 cm in circumference (yes it’s a dream, at least for me). You can see Alberto25’s topic, one of my inspirations here on the forum. Draw your conclusions. I am heading towards the end of the first month of the beginners routine and I only missed 2 days (I was injured by friction) and today I am returning. I also need thickness.

My point of view would be the correct execution of the exercises, in addition to the genetic part and.. HEAT!

I think you should also consider pumping.

As far as to how long it would take for that kind of increase, nobody knows, but it will be a long process. My guess, a year or more.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Due primarily to an aggressive pumping regimen, I gained just over an inch of permanent girth though it took about five years.

Funny, I started at 4.5 and gained to 5.25. Took about a year with a dedicated stretching, jelqing, and pumping routine. So it’s definitely doable. Also, those gains are permanent for me. Good luck

Newbie routine, then pumping. An important aspect of the newbie routine is that it conditions your dick which makes transitioning to other methods of PE less problematic.

You have no idea why any other member has decided to engage in PE. Anyone willing to put in the time and effort can benefit from PE, whether it be from increased size or improved EQ or penile health in general.

What you read as my size now is because I used a sensible routine.

You have to take a break. At least two days off a week. Listen to your penis and you will grow.

I was 13,5cm at the base, now I’m around 17cm, definitely more than 16cm even with all the skin gains.

I was 12,5cm mseg, now I’m around 15cm+. The thinnest point of my unit when erect, the upper shaft, is now 13cm+. It was probably 11cm+ when I started.

My flaccid girth btw is now the girth I used to have when erect, but it’s also from the extra skin I have from hanging and stretching, plus I’m uncut, but just a thought, I wasn’t even expecting flaccid girth to be of interest to me, but it is..

I’ve been doing PE for 3 years. Manual stretching, jelqing, hanging, pumping, clamping, edging, kegels and reverse kegels.

I’ve worn cock rings after workouts and on off days, my flaccid now has a hard time turtling no matter what. Flaccid hang, even on the worst days, remains at 15cm+. I don’t know what it used to be because I never measured my turtled dick before, but since my flaccid hang was 13cm at best, than it was less than that. Flaccid hang on a hot summer day is great, 16-17cm.(by “hang”, I mean it was measured down, as it hangs down naturally, not placed flat on a table, non bone pressed).

Measuring often helped.

I started almost 3years ago. I have gained.375” in girth and I’m on the verge of another.125”. Sometimes I get it, sometimes not, but I’m pretty sure it’s coming, just have to cement it.

Bottom line it’s definitely possible, just might take some time and consistency.

2/17/20-BPEL-7.125” MEG-5”

Goal- 8”x5.5”

I believe it is. Just stay consistent, use heat, keep vacuum levels low to medium, and sustain it over a long time period and it will happen. My experience pumping has been a cemented increase of a hair under 0.375” in just over 2.5 years. I am due to measure again soon and I think I will have the full 0.375” cemented this next time. I am guessing it may take quite a lot longer to get the next 3/8”. Fortunately I really enjoy pumping.
