5 inch girth if I start with 3.9 possible?

My BPEL is 5.4 inches and my girth is 3.9
Is it possible to grow to 5 inches or is that unrealistic?
My girth is micro penis range and I fear sex because I know I’m going to be laughed at if not out loud then in her mind

I’m comfortable with my length even if its below average but my girth keeps me up at night

I started the Linear Newbie Routine a few days ago and I’m looking forwards to those results but people seem to gain length not girth

Of course with a good routine, and a healthy libido, it’s very possible. Make sure you are as healthy as you can be, physically, mentally, and spiritually. Staying positive is the only way to make for positive gains, because we are talking about processes that a very psychological in nature.

Good luck and be well!

Hey Alex, welcome to Thunders!
It’s a common thing for guys to feel the way you do, your aims of 5” in girth is (imo) achievable, but hinged on compliance and a good routine. The newbie routine is a great place to start because even though most do gain mainly length, there is a degree of girth to be gained, not to mention the inherent benefits of improved EQ. More than this though, it will condition your tissue so that when/if you decide to do girth exercises you will be less prone to injury.
This is a marathon, not a sprint and moving too fast to girth exercises can result in injury.

Another bit of personal advice from me would be to stick to the newbie routine until you no longer see gains and then switch it up, you can find girth related exercises using the search function.

Hope you have a good stay!

The aim: to be unable to fit in a cigar cutter.

Yes, because I achieved in just under a year.

I would say yes. But, you’re not going to reach your goal in a month, or even a year. It’s all going to depend on your consistency and doing your exercises properly.

I’m coming up on the 2 year mark. I started with 4.625” girth. I’m now up to 5”, on good days a bit more. I’ve been stuck at 5” for quite awhile now, but lately, I’ve been getting really good length, & base girth gains. My base girth was never bigger than mid- shaft but now it is.

Stick with newbie routine for at least 6 months. I did gain some girth from just that. Then you try clamping, pumping & different squeezes. Do it safely and good luck to you.

Start 8/15/18-BPEL-6.75” MEG-4.625”

2/17/20-BPEL-7.125” MEG-5”

Goal- 8”x5.5”

Edging prone against gravity tends to work your root first, in my experience.

I’ve been doing the newbie routine for a few days. Is my penis supposed to be sore afterwords? I’m not gripping it super tight either

Also what are your guys EL vs BPEL?

I remeasured mine and my EL is 5.4 inches but my BPEL is 5.9 inches is there supposed to be such a big difference? I’m not overweight

Soreness is to be expected if you have never done these kinds of exercises before, but it will pass. Make sure that soreness doesn’t become pain, and if it does - take extended rest and don’t return to the exercises until the pain has gone. Are you doing the recommended 2on1off?

The reason we do the BPEL measurements is to remove the variable of weight from the measurements. With measuring NBPEL you could have no change in your penile tissue, but measure a shorter length due to an increase in mass and an increase in the adipose tissue in your fat pad. Also with NBPEL measurements you may find that you measure in different places/depths leading to inaccuracies or human error, and when we’re making measurements to the cm or 1/8 of an inch, those inaccuracies have higher significance.
BPEL measurements removes these variables, and provides a more concrete frame of reference.

One thing guys recommend to newcomers when starting out is to take photo of your measurements for your own sake as a year down the line when you’ve made your gains you may wish you have pictures to reflect on.

Don’t worry about what woman think about the size of your penis. I have been with plenty of woman and am not much bigger than you. There is more to getting girls than penis size. Think of penis size as a plus but it is not the end all be all.

I am also starting out on my journey and am on day 22.

How big?

It’s possible. 1 inch girth requires time and patience, and a good positive commitment. It’s a long journey, but very long journey always start with a first step, followed by an other, and so on.

PE works, for some faster, for others slower, but it’s not a sprint race. You can’t see results with your eyes after a workout. And rest is as important as exercising. You’ll get stuck and see no gains, but you’ll be able to overcome with your willpower.

And no matter when you’ll realise you’ve been able to reach your goals, you’ll look back at when you started and be proud of your journey.

I went from 4.2 to 5 inches in a short period of time so its realistic.

Once you have finished conditioning your dick, you may want to consider an aggressive pumping routine. I went from 4.4” to 5.5”; however, it took five years.

Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

do you have any photos of 5.5?

I’d like to see the famous girth everyone strives for..

You never know what is possible until you try.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
