What's necessary to gain an inch of girth?
Hello,
I know an inch of girth is far, far more to hope for than an inch lengthwise, but could it be attainable, given the right amount of work and dedication?
I’m aiming my workout to be 110% girth-based; length doesn’t matter at all to me.
Keep in mind I’m coming from the thin end (4.5 BEG), and I figure there is more possible growth to be had measurement wise than with better girth.
