Is 4 days enough for PE in one week

Hey everyone
I was wondering if 4 days of PE workout enough to achieve something ?
20 mins of stretch 20 mins of jelq and 10 mins of kegel

And I will probably go on holiday next week so I won’t be able to spare as much time as usual for PE therefore do you have any suggestions to keep the penis in shape with less time than the usual PE workout takes.

Hmmm 4 days a week is something, but if you want to make some gains you should try to increase the frequency to at least 5 days; but then again, everybody is different.
There are people who have gained with only sporadic PE; then again there are those that PE every day and still have no gains.

But start with the newbie routine; it doesn’t take up much time.

For your holiday routine, I would suggest maybe dry jelquing instead of wet, and the so-called piss streches - everytime after you take a piss, strech it for a minute.

I’ve been on a 4 on 3 off schedule since I started with PE (december 2006), and my gains have been good.

I think you’re overdoing.50 minutes seem too much to start with.

40 minutes in actual exercises I think is enough. 2on 1off seems to work well around here. I actually thought it meant 4 times a week. Oh well…
