Hi,

i am currently practising the following routine:

morning: 3*20 mins hanging, 4 pounds
evening: the same

7 days a week

My unit feels a bit sore but i think its good like it is now.

The time for cell doubling is 8 hours (i heard) so why should rest days be necessary?

I’m not sure what you mean by cell doubling. Are you referring to healing time between hangs, I would like to hear some more about what your line of thought is.

Somewhere i heard that the complete cycle (the TIME) of a cell to divide in 2 (cell doubling) takes 8 hours.
But i could be completely wrong.

What i thought about was “why to do rest days?”.
Wouldnt 8-10 hours of rest be enough to provide penis growing?

Sooner or later you are going to get really sore. It may sneak up on you. If you are going to hang that many days in a row, make an honest, careful evaluation of how your penis really feels. If you are too sore, take a day or two off. Let it heal completely. Then you can start back.

In the past i experienced that after a rest day my penis looked shorter than when i had a hanging day.
So each-day-hanging is more motivating for me.

It might be ok if i hang and hang (all days) until i reach a REAL soreness and then take a day of resting time, dont u think?

Why are they important, why cant the tissue grow when you practise 7-days-a-week-hanging?

Dont worry about your penis appearing shorter during a rest day. Many guys including me have reported this. It will appear larger and then smaller, but the general trend is larger.

Yes, just do not try to fool yourself into doing more work than you should. It is easy to say, “I am not THAT sore” and continue. If you are sore, take time off.

You can grow and heal while you are still working. That is not the point. Soreness is an indication of work. Pain is an indication of injury. You must know the difference. The thing is, you do not want to cross that line. You want to STOP and rest before you GET to the pain. Do you understand?

hey sandman! your referring to the page on the grip site where they say that the microtears from hanging go back to normal after 8 hrs . so according to that theory you must hang every 8 hrs then keep the tears open useing some type of all day stretcher with a lb!

Hi how’s it going? I think seven days a week of hanging is OK as long as your body tells you it is OK. Look at my progress report and scroll down to my current routine, we are doing something similar except i do not have set times when I hang, I just do i as often as I can fit it in, and even doing long sets with light weights if I cant use heavy weights for some reason. The idea is to let my penis grow in the extended state. I am sure that my body can heal and repair itself while I am hanging, so given the choice I would prefer to be healed when stretched out, if you catch my drift.
