Is a no-stretching, only Jelqing, J.Squeeze and Uli routine still beneficial

Is a no-stretching, only Jelqing, J.Squeeze and Uli routine still beneficial

Hello folks,

I wanted to stop stretching (I do as hanging), and only work manually.

The manual work engorges my unit and I was wondering if only this work would be beneficial.

Cheers.

Yes, it can be beneficial.

Just for clarity: you are doing jelqing + hanging + squeezing+Uli’s?

Right now, yes.

But will stop hanging, or any kind of stretching.

Wouldn’t have a problem?

It’s maybe a too hard routine; generally speaking, hanging and girth exercises (like squeezing and Uli’s) don’t mix well. So, stopping hanging is a good idea, IMHO. :)

Why would you want to stop stretching? Are you “long enough?” Just working on girth?

I think your routine is a bit much depending on how trained your unit is. Mine is fairly conditioned but I think that routine would be too much for me personally.

My journey .... My pics

Start BPEL 6.50" x MSEG 5.00"

Now BPEL 7.625" x MSEG 5.25"

It can be a very rough routine if you exaggerate.

But, I do like this:

Warm up (~8 minutes) with rice sock
1 set of 20 minutes hanging, with very low weight.
Jelqing and V-jelq to squeeze more blood
1 set of 20 minutes hanging, with very low weight.
A mix of: Jelqing, V-Jelqs, Masturbation.
I do 3 or 4 Ulis for now, and to finish 2 or 3 minutes of jelq squeeze.
Warm out in the shower, very hot water in the unit.

My total training is about 1 hour, 1 hour and 10min.

Cheers.
