Question for BIB about ULI Thing routine

I just made a ULI Thing and tried it out just to see it work and couldn’t believe how much I inflated. I won’t be using it again until I’ve reached my length goal but was just wondering what your routine w/ this device was. I know you didn’t leave it on for more than 10 minutes, but was wondering if you did multiple sets and how far apart did you do them if that’s the case.

P.S. If any others as well as BIB have a good routine for this let me know.

Really, you have to go by feel. I think about the max number of sets in a day was ten. That was a lot. Usually maybe seven. And they would be spread out more over the day. Not the same as with hanging. Sometimes, I simply could not do anymore for a while.

Also, they took up more dedicated time than hanging. It took a few minutes for each set to become engorged, and then I only did ten minute sets at most. This is because almost all blood flow is cut off. So some days, I could not do many sets because of time and my work.

So would you recommend something like waiting 20 minutes between sets or more like an hour? what in your opinion would be safe?
