Question about routine

This is my first post here on the PE forums, and I have been doing PE for 6 weeks now and am up to 600 jelqs, 10 min of stretches and the hot wraps via the newbie routine (2 days on 1 day off). I also do 20 Ulis #3’s (not up to a full tourniquet grip yet but still pretty tight) 10 in the morning and 10 at night, and at night I do 5 of those Sadsak things (again not full force yet but slowly working up to it).

So I was wondering, are there any suggestions to add or drop to this routine that I should consider. Should I keep increasing the jelqs per day or keep it at 600. Should I increase stretch time or the exercises I do? Right now I stretch by using fowfers, v stretches, and the plump bend. Or should I keep this routine and just start doing 3 days on 1 day off?

Yea, I’ve gained about about .25 inches at least on girth and around .5 on length. I also want to add that I sometimes I do erect jelqing.

It doesn’t sound like you need to change it. That’s a lot of growth for just 6 weeks. It may be due to your measuring technique and/or improved EQ. I reckon just keep doing what you’re doing.

But do kegels damnit! :)

Second tweek13. The conventional wisdom is that as long as you are gaining, don’t change your routine. Change it only when your current routine ceases to yield gains. You can always vary it or dial it up then.

The idea is to do the least you can do that gives you positive results. Applying more than that runs the risk of toughening the tissues in response to the excessive force, and thus bringing to a halt the very gains you were trying to encourage.

If he’s doing 3 second jelqs (which he should be :p ) that’s 30 minutes worth.

Man, I do about 50 jelgs per session. I am under the impression that I was doing too much then because my unit hasnt gotten any bigger and my flaccid isnt doing so fantastich either.

I think I’m going to go to 200 and see what happens, either way my dick is small haha. Maybe I havent been doing enough?
