Is a REVERSE KEGEL Simply Relaxing The PC muscle or what?

I don’t get it…a kegel is when you squeeze the little PC muscle, but what’s a reverse kegel? Is it just relaxing the muscle as if you wanted to poop?

Yes futuro, thats basically the idea. Try it out when taking a wizz. Pushing out the pee is basically a reverse kegel. It is essentially a conscious technique to get you to relax your PC muscles. I learned about them from this post Reading the first 2 or 3 pages of the thread should help you out.
