Is it normal to gain and lose?

Is it normal to gain and lose?

I gained about .2 inches of girth and length in about 1.5 months and it seems I’ve lost it.

My penis is “wider” it seems but not girth-ier.

I’m back to my original stats of 7.25 and 4.9MEG and 4.75 BEG.

How can I get back my gains and “cement” them?

Is it normal to gain and lose?

Yes it’s quite normal. I bet if you took a two day break and slept well your gains will reappear. Cementing takes time and consistency. I didn’t consider anything a gain until results were repeatable for around 90 days.

Yes. My girth fluctuates regularly. And it took 2 years between 8.5-9” to get past it. So frustrating.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Man I really want to believe it wil come back. It’s been a couple weeks.

It’s a little discouraging, but if I gain .25 of girth in 6 months to a year I’d be fucking stoked. It would totally be worth it.

How much does it fluctuate? Mine fluctuates about .1 or so. Maybe 1/8 an inch, but I haven’t been able to reach my max measurements again

By .25” on any measurement on the extreme end.

So this is normal to vary from gains back to normal within the first 6 weeks or so?

I measured multiple times different times of day over a week to establish my baseline of 4.9MEG, so I know that’s a good measurement.

I gained to 5.125, but now am back down to 4.9ish…

So haven’t gained anything. Just trying to establish if that’s normal.

It is. Inconsistent workouts, measurement methods…it’s why I tell newbies measure 1 time every 4-6 weeks. You will worry yourself to death about day to day fluctuations.

Cool. Good to know. I’m just going to not measure for a solid 6 weeks then.

Man PE can be a little frustrating… I just want a little more girth!

I’ll have to hide the tape measure. LOL

Hiding the ruler and tape is the simplest way. Also length is best measured with a hard ruler. The same one. The same way. Each time.

I concur. When I’m in between measurements, I stash all measuring tools out of sight. This way, I’ve been able to go for months without being tempted to measure. Now when it’s time to measure any dimension, take an average of multiple readings performed over several days.

Yeah. I use the same wooden ruler every time… I gained up to 7.5 from 7.25 within a matter of a month but it’s all gone too!

This PE is confusing… I just wish I cemented those gains…

The only thing to do is keep on trucking along…

Good to know! I think I’ll just have to do that and keep on going… Man I really hope I can see some improvement in girth over the next 6 weeks..

Oh yes, it can be frustrating but don’t let it get you down.

You have to believe this will work for you but it’s not just blind faith at work here. You also have to take the feedback from your penis and exercise proper judgment when it comes to your routine such as, the intensity, how much volume, how many rest days and when you take them.

It’s better to under work your penis and slowly ramp up volume or intensity to get it dialed in rather than over work and struggle for gains.

Yes measurements may vary quite a lot. For me it’s in the .25” to 0.5” range.

Have seen my progress from 2012-2014 “disappear” in a sort. Then I realized it’s about measuring too. Then, on the second measurement the very same day, at least length was ok, girth still smaller.

But girth is a beast to measure anyway, because it’s so highly dependent from EQ. In theory, girth results should only be compared when erect at 100%. At least me for myself have to say I’m not sure I alwas did that in the past.
