Is it normal to see tiny red spots from pumping?

Is it normal to see tiny red spots from pumping? I assume these are broken blood vessels. I’m not sure. I’m using -7 pressure, nothing that intense. I just want to make sure I’m not incurring damage.

-7inhg is alot for someone new to pumping.

Hagfish, yes 7Hg is too high, some guys can’t handle 3 starting out. Back your starting pressure down to 3Hg for 5 minutes, 5 minute rest out of the tube, then 4Hg for 5, out for 5, and finally 5Hg for 5, then out. It’s the 5-5-3 beginner program, it’s a starter routine to acclimate your penile tissues to pumping.

Do that for 3 months, but if you’re still getting spots, edema, etc. at the start, then you need to lower the pressure even more. It’s your family jewels, Slow & Steady!

Okay I’m gonna stick to -3 for awhile. Admittedly, I was going much higher than -7 a few days ago. That was way too high.

Red spots are petechiae, broken capillaris, and are an indiion of too much vacuum, too much time under vacuum, over working, etc..
