Cool down or warm down if I get tiny red spots ??

Hi, what should I do just when finish my PE work out and I see that red spots in my shaft ??? cold water or warm water to speed up the healing process???

I know that I´d need to be more careful the next time :D

Yea warm down to help healing, but the damage is all ready there. I’m still too new to know how bad that is though. Just remember next time warm up better and take it easier.

I do firegoat rolls.

Place palms on either side of shaft, roll it back and forth. Do not know why but it helps me.

this happen to me last night, but on my head. It was bad but then i put on lotion and let it sit for a few hours and it went away.

could you share that lotion?

I always leave my dick in peace for 2-3 days and they vanish.

Its was just some regular aloe lotion I found in the bathroom. I think it worked fe becuase I was doing hanging and got a little red pot on my head. I then started doing manuel stretches, I did it for 30 min and when I looked my dick had really bad red marks. It also looked like my dick was getting really dry and it started chapping so I went to the bathroom and put on any lotion.
