Why do I always get red spots?

Everytime I jelq at more then 65% hard, I get mad red spots. They last about a day, they dont hurt but it seems like I get them so easily. Does anyone else have lots of red spots too?

Do they hurt/or make gains?

I get dottage mega easy too.

I’ve got no idea whether they help or hinder gains, but I can tell you that they will cause wicked discolouration, from experience.

Try to avoid them if at all possible by warming up really well with hot wrap or alternatives.

trust me, those red dots leave a very tiny, almost invisibly small darkened patch PERMANENTLY. these build up and in a couple of months you are a BLACK DUDE! hehe
