Is it worth it if I can only achieve 1 inch gain?

Somewhere in the forum I read about an analysis where a forum member calculated from result on the forum that average gain is only 1 inch (I don’t remember the post or numbers exactly but it doesn’t matter). Is it worth it? I don’t ask in derogatory manner; I’m really curious.

I really want to believe that larger gains are possible.

Of course larger gains are possible. There are many examples here of guys who have gained more than 1”. A successful PE program is dependent on you staying disciplined and determined until you reach your goals.

Only you can determine if there is any value to starting a PE program. A basic question for you to answer is, if your concern is valid, would you be more pleased with a 1” gain or staying at your current size?

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7.75” BPEL; 7.25” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I think it’s worth to gain 1 inch. For example, if you are 5 inches length(you are in the 45% of the shortest guys) and you grow to 6 inches (you are in the 40% of the longest guys), it makes a great difference.

If you are 4 inches flaccid and you grow to 5 inches, it’s a significant gain.

I am very pleased with my gain from 5.5” to 6.4” BPEL, a 16% gain.

Titleist always coming with the truth! My gains, although they have been slow they have increased my confidence, which has been invaluable!

Start - 6.3 x 5.0 | Then - 6.9 x 5.3 | Now - 7.2 x 5.5

Short term goal - 7.5 x 5.5... The dream Goal 8.5 x 6.3

Putting the hours in with my Phallosan and my Pump!

To me any gains are worth it.

Yes and it makes a significant difference.

Actually, to me, any bigger than original is worth it.

Start 6.8” x 4.7” (4.9" BEG)

Latest 8.2” x 5.1” (5.3" BEG)

My pictures

It’s proportionally about the same as getting 1 foot taller. It doesn’t sound like it but it’s a pretty massive difference.

But as Titleist said, ultimately you have to decide for yourself if it’s worth it to you.

start stats :7.7x5.8 (2014-06-02 ) / Short term goal : 8x6 (achieved on 2014-06-14 and 2014-04-23 respectively)

Mid term goal : 8.5x6.5 (achieved on 2020-06-21 after 6 years break.)

Long term goal : 9x7

The height reference is over exaggerated.

I woman can rarely feel the extra inch. If the gain make “you” feel better than go for it.

Most women don’t care about size for the most part. They enjoy a penis that can stay hard.

Might be more equivalent of 3-4” height difference. Noticeable, but not a huge difference depending on your starting height. That being said, an extra inch might not feel a lot different to a woman, but may open up a few more positions. It can also help the quality of sex at times. I struggle with ED, and float at an 80% erection a lot, so my 6” turns into 5” quickly. But 5” at 80% still allows me to keep going vs. 5” turning into 4”, if I were an inch less. There are also positions like reverse cowgirl which really don’t work well for me, even though I love the view. It was a pretty sucky feeling when I first starting having sex with my girlfriend (now wife) and she tried reverse cowgirl, only to have it fail, and also to try regular cowgirl, but on her feet instead of her knees, and my equipment just not be long enough to maintain it. Obviously, she’s been with much bigger guys and previously pulled it off, so that’s a pretty disheartening feeling…which is why I’m here and working every day.

In my geusstimation, you’d have to add two or inches in length for a woman to notice. A half inch in girth with certainly be a game changer.

My ex and my current wouldn’t notice gains visually but always felt the difference. And if I only gained an inch it would have definitely been worth the effort. It changed my life a lot!

Started 5.5 x 4.2 Feb 2015

Current 7.25 x 5.5 - 6.25 Base girth?

Goal 7.75 x 5.75?

I gained 1.1” in girth; however, it was gained gradually over five years so she has yet to comment on the difference.
