Is Jelqing mainly for length or girth

I was wondering if jelqing is mainly for girth or for length. It it is mainly for girth, should I do it before I pump? It it is mainly for length, should I do it before I get into my lengthening? Please advise. Thanks

It seems that most people jelq after pump sessions

Just a newbie here but I heard Jelqing at a higher erection level (e.g. 70-80%) is better for girth, lower erection level (e.g. 40-50 %) is better for length. But keep in mind that jelqing in the end gives results both for girth and length, it’s an all-round exercise.

I would have to agree with that. I believe girth exercises works better at higher volume (70-90%) levels. I think that you can get greater lateral/outward expansion.

At lower volume levels, I think jelq exercises causes more longitudinal stretching, helping with length, similar to that of stretching.

I would hope that I get some length from the jelqing I have just started doing. It seems pretty straightforward, but I couldn’t seem to get the hang of it before. It didn’t sem like I had anything to get a hold of!

Maybe the stretching and clamping has given my the material to get ahold of finally.
