Jelqing while hanging necessary Also warmup and Girth
So far my routine is
5 min warmup
3 20 min hanging with 10 min break in between
5 min warmdown
Everyother day I jelq for 10 mins with 5 mins manual stretching.
Is the jelqing necessary?
Should I just hang every day instead?
Is a warmup for hanging necessary? Or should I just hang ever min I get and just put it on whenever?
Also should I clamp as well for girth because I have only gained base girth in all my PE time?
Start: 6" length, 4.5" girth / Now: 6.1" length,4.7" girth 1/10/08- 6.25" NBEL length BPEL 6.75" 4.7" Girth
2/12/08- 6.60"NBEL 7" BPEL under head girth- 4.7" base-5"
