Right on westla90069, I can’t agree with you more. I have sex almost everynight except on Friday and Saturday night since my wife doesn’t like the smell of beer breath, but I have gained and do ejaculate and this makes me a very happy man. Infact, I PE just for the novelty, because my wife was happy with what I had in the first place, but if I had a choice of PE and sex, ejaculation, I would say good by to PE because to me ejaculating while having sex is the best fucking feeling ever. I guess I have the best of both worlds. If I stopped having sex to see if I would gain faster isn’t something I care to entertain. Well guys the thing is this.Though there may be arguments that ejaculation does not effect gains, I seem to have seen shrinkage ATM.

I don’t know if I can put it down to libido, regeneration, or whatever. But I had a penis that was 6.25” in girth at the base, and around 6” mid-shaft. Now it’s the same at the base but about 5.75” mid-shaft.
This is really annoying me because I don’t know why I’m going backwards.
I just came off a day of rest. The day before which I ejaculated about 3 times, and once a day before that (to explain libido)
Has this happened to anyone else?
Because unless it’s me possibly gaining a little length (1/16-1/8 of an inch) and the penis getting thinner because it’s “Stretched” I don’t see why I could be going backwards.:(

Pud just recently posted a thread about ejaculation and gains. Pud feels that ejaculation has hurt his gaining. Do a Pud search.

I was testing a theory that PE could replace masturbation. My notion was if I used my erection strength for just PE and sex I might see better progress. I hit a pleato and wanted to try to break through and see more gains. Also I’m a hard gainer, and I have been jelqing at higher erection levels.

My conclusion was that quiting masturbation completely wasn’t good for my libido. (I quit for two months). I now masturbate once a week and this seems to be good for me.

As far as seeing a decline in size, maybe your just seeing a decline in gains that weren’t cemented? You can reach sizes, but not have them cemented and lose them. Also there is plenty of fluctuation in size if your one of those that measure every single day. My advice is throw away the tape measure, and rate your progress on erection strength. Erection strength should be your biggest concern, you have more than enough size.

Pud, I agree that quitting masturbation entirely would give me libido probs too. I mean reducing ejaculation to say once a week or perhaps a little more.
For someone who is used to ejaculating once a day or at least once every 2 days this is quite a long time.

I still have to give a little time to see whther ejaculating has really effected my gains though, I’d be upset if I had to start from scatch but there must be something I’ve gained from a month of PE.

Could I be over-training? Would that be a cause of the return to or slight loss of apparent gains?
My routine is -

5-10 min warm up in bath
15-20 stretch, 20 secs in each direction x 3 and ‘helicopters’
10 x 50 Jelq’s, lasts about 30 mins.
Warm down stretch 15 secs in each direction and ‘helicopters’
5-10 min warm down in bath
Takes around an hour all in all.

I’m doing the 3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off routine but have been doing longer jelq sessions because I’m a little frustrated about my penis.

I’ve heard of people over-training and losing what they had or just not seeing gains at all, should I take a couple of days rest to see or just push on. What are the downsides of either?

I assume your doing this in one session once a day? It doesn’t look like to much to me, It seems your directing your efforts more towards length than girth. I mostly work on girth myself and find it hard to work on both at the same time.

Your not doing much more than me. I break up my PE routine into two sessions, one in the morning and one in the evening. I do about 30 minutes in each session 12 minutes of jelqing and the rest in obends and other engorging type techniques. This is a good way to make sure I don’t over do it. If in the evening I’m feeling a little worn out, I’ll just take off that session and pick back up in the morning. You might consider breaking it up into two sessions to keep closer tabs on how much is too much.

Pud, now that you mention splitting the exercises something has just hit me.

As I have adapted my routine, I never used to have the long stretch in there as it is above.

Before I used to stretch for about 5 mins until loose then start jelqing, which used to give me alot on the girth front.

Now that I think of it my decline in gains seemed to start around the same time I incorporated this into the routine properly. I used to stretch at other times but never so much.

In saying this, I tried a session the way I used to do it and noticed a much bigger difference in my girth, just like before.

However I don’t want to stop gaining length so do you think that If I split my workouts as you suggested, with more of an emphasis on jelqing in one and more of an emphasis on stretching in the other would be a better move?

I would think so, I find stretching to be counter productive to my girth routine. But lots of guys report girth gains from stretching, I never found this to be the case in my experience. I do stretches but I do them at the same erection levels I jelq at. I do this because I’m more focused on gaining girth than length. I’ve never gained length on purpose , and girth is more important to me so I focus my efforts on the girth front.

But I’d say breaking up your routine and doing jelqing in the morning and stretching at night sounds like a good idea to me. And I’d do it in that order jelqing in the morning seems to be much better than the evening. Let us know how that goes, I might try that out once I reach my girth goals. That is if I ever reach a girth goal. As soon as I reach one, I make another!

Yes, pud I tried another routine with less stretching and my penis has actually gained about .25” in girth believe it or not. Now I guess this could be the swell, but it’s sticking ATM and obviously I’d need some results at a later date to confirm this.

The thing is, now I’m a little scared of stretching. I want to gain length too but I like seeing results, and girth is pretty much all I’ve been getting.

Would doing the long stretches every other day be enough? I am trying to increase my length about an inch so I’m not sure how to go about doing this.

Don’t ask me about gaining length, I’ve never gained any on purpose. I gained about .25 from jelqing at low erection levels once, but those were newbie gains.
