Is my routine good for length gains

What I’ve been doing for the past week and plan to continue is as follows:

1. Hot wrap 5 minutes
2. All simple manual stretches for 10 minutes
3. Hot wrap 5 minutes
4. JAI stretches for 10 minutes
5. Hot wrap 5 minutes
6. Wet Jelq for 15 minutes

Also I do errect bends (kinda my version of a plumped bend but only upwards) because I want to get a slight upward curve - for about 5-10 minutes.

What else would help with length gains - I’m currently only interested in length gains so I’m open to any suggestions. Thanks.

BTW my LOT is at about 7:45

What about hanging or a traction device? I constructed a SuckXtender and it seems like it will work very nicely.

Routine looks good BTW. Glad to see you didn’t get rid of jelqs. Stopping jelqs is a mistake even if you only want length.

Hehe, ya, I’ll never stop jelqs and I don’t really wanna hang but I was thinking about a ADS.

Right now mgus and mbuc are competing to see who gains .5 in FSL fastest using the SuckXtender. Mbuc is using the traction device and mgus is using the ADS. Right now mbuc is in the lead. I will be joining their little competition by using both interchangeably. I feel, however, that the traction stretcher will produce better gains. But that is just my opinion.
