Is my routine pointless.
I started ADH’ing about a week ago with 3lb weight, I do about 8 to 10 hours per day.(also light jelqing on and off)
But I have been reading the LOT theory and it turns out I have a very low LOT of 6. Does this mean I am waisting my time as I hang SD and BTC? Or does the theory only count for short but intense hanging because I have read good results on ADS/ADH.
Should I start stretching at higher angles and give up on lower angle stretching(ADH)?
