Is Soreness A Good Thing Or Bad ?

So I’ve been doing this almost 90 days now. I have a solid 1/2” in length gains.

My longer PE sessions are 3x a week. Mainly manual stretching, some time with a nose extender, penis pump for a few minutes and etc.

The other 4 days I just do about 5 minutes of manual stretches twice a day.

After my routine last night I’m sore inside the shaft, not painful but sore which I haven’t really felt before.

Typical from a muscle stand point I’d say it’s a good thing, but I’m not sure in regards to PE.

Is this a good sign ?

Or should I take a few days off ?
Or just sick with a few light routine for me next couple of days?

Take a few days off and see if the soreness resolves. When you resume, use less intensity.

I’m not sure myself, but it’s probably a bad thing. Long term PE seems to be about avoiding creating scar tissue that will hold back gains.

Its feeling better each day. Think I’ll take a solid week or two break from stretches for a week or two. Although I had sex this morning with no discomfort. But after I was done it was a bit tender.

Do you guys think my standard vacuum penis pump would be safe for now at 5hg ?
I’m so nervous I’ll lose the small gains I’ve worked hard for.

Pumping seems pretty mild and I was wondering if the blood flow might help.

No just take the time off. Figure out exactly what you did and do less next time.

After doing something thinking , it was my normal routine but it was first thing in the morning.

Normally I do my routine at night and use a rice heat pack prior.

This one time I didn’t pre heat .

There you go no heat. So take a little more time to heal, use heat and do a little less to start. Conditioning and using heat is a big factor in PE.

I’m a newbie to PE, but from the couple sessions I’ve been a little sore afterward both times (even though I did a meager 24 reps) From my little experience I can say just rest it and don’t push it. Doing that has kept me completely fine so far.


NBEL: 5 Inches EG: 4.8 Inches

Goal: At least 6.5 length, 5.5 girth

Soreness vs pain

Mild soreness is a good thing, provided you feel it within the shaft or pubic bone area where the suspensory ligament attachment is. Skin soreness or irritation doesn’t count. If you ever decide to hang weight and work your way up to a weight that causes soreness in the sphincter muscle you can be confident you are getting a good stretch!

Pain on the flip side is something you want to avoid. You’ll know the difference. Pain always accompanies a degree of ED and lack of sexual desire, along with the inability to do PE exercising.

It’s not pain, but it is sore all along the inside of the shaft.

I was reading a lot of hard flaccid but don’t think I have it cause erections feel fine and I don’t think it’s hard but it’s hard to tell since I don’t know what a hard flaccid really feels like ?

I do occasionally hang but only using a .4lb weight , and didn’t do it the few days before this soreness anyways
