Is Soreness A Good Thing Or Bad ?
So I’ve been doing this almost 90 days now. I have a solid 1/2” in length gains.
My longer PE sessions are 3x a week. Mainly manual stretching, some time with a nose extender, penis pump for a few minutes and etc.
The other 4 days I just do about 5 minutes of manual stretches twice a day.
After my routine last night I’m sore inside the shaft, not painful but sore which I haven’t really felt before.
Typical from a muscle stand point I’d say it’s a good thing, but I’m not sure in regards to PE.
Is this a good sign ?
Or should I take a few days off ?
Or just sick with a few light routine for me next couple of days?
