Hey all.

I’m thinking about starting to do some PE and I have a question about stretching. The thing is, I dont have very much time. I have been reading the recomended newbie routine that some nice guy posted a good while ago, and it includes 2x5 minutes of stretching.

What I want from PE is more girth and stronger erections. Im not really consired about lenght. As far as I have understood, stretching is good for making you longer, right ? So, stretching would be pretty useless for me……or am I totaly wrong ???

Stretching will give length and may help with girth at the base.

Jelqing gives length and girth (but not at the base).

Sometimes jelqing can result in a bigger dick that is girthier towards the head (baseball bat effect)

Time and stretching or hanging may even this out.


Check it out guys, no need to have a big dick if you ain't gonna use it!!

I would start out with just the jelq exercise then. Remember, your routine is not cast in stone and you can, and believe me you will, modify it as you go. So start with the jelq, but hopefully you still have time to include a hot wrap warm up.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Girth

Girth is easy, length is what takes so long. Almost all PE will eventually give you some girth, but if you have to keep stealth, or don’t have much time, the fastest and easiest way to get girth with the least amount of time at it is low pressure pumping. 5 to 8 in hg for fifteen minute sets, one a day to start, then two then three. Take a 24 to 36 hour rest period each week and wrap a heating pad around the tube. You’ll fatten that dick up in no time.
