Is stretching really useful (for me) ?
Hey all.
I’m thinking about starting to do some PE and I have a question about stretching. The thing is, I dont have very much time. I have been reading the recomended newbie routine that some nice guy posted a good while ago, and it includes 2x5 minutes of stretching.
What I want from PE is more girth and stronger erections. Im not really consired about lenght. As far as I have understood, stretching is good for making you longer, right ? So, stretching would be pretty useless for me……or am I totaly wrong ???
