Is this even possible? alleged "gains"
Hi there! Long-time lurker, first-time poster. I’ve been experimenting with PE in one way or another for almost as long as I can remember. At least 12 years at this point. I’ve gone through a TON of equipment and routines and made gains here and there, lost gains when I took off. The whole deal. My original starting size before any PE was probably around 6.5” BPEL and 4.5” EG (like a newbie, I was bad at measuring and documenting). Through various stretchers (sizeGenetics, phallosan), various pumps (Bathmate, Mityvac), and assorted manuals, my steady state current size is 7.25” BPEL and 5” EG. There was a moment in time where I reached 7.6” BPEL with ultrasonic hanging, but I must not have cemented it and/or lost EQ which dropped the EL. BPFSL remained the same at 8.25” despite the drop from 7.6EL down to 7.25EL.
In the past, I always loved the sensation of pumping and the temp gains it got me but never was able to commit to it long-term because no appreciable real gains ever seems to “stick.” It was all just fluid. Plus I have a really tight circumcision with balls that creep 1/3 of the way up my shaft, so I’ve always dealt with really annoying donuts and generally a lot of edema and spongy erections with pumping. However. This seems to have changed recently and I can’t put my finger on it and am kind of in disbelief at the current state of my dick. For one thing - I’ve read pretty much everything I could find from members Avocet8 and Titleist and done my best to take their advice into consideration. I always pump with heat (FIR heating pad wrapped tube), I semi-erect jelq 175 times to warm up prior to pumping, I jelq 75 times in between sets, I keep pressure at 4inHg (with occasional boosts to 4.5-5), and I limit my time in the cylinder to 15 minutes per set. In my latest foray over the past 2 weeks, I’ve also tried my best to adhere to a max of 3-4 sets in the tube per workout. I know that’s more than a newbie routine would call for, but again - I’ve been at this for a decade now and have a decent understanding of my limits. Like Titleist, I’ve also thrown in a “marathon” session once a week with 6-7 sets (again at 4inHg and with jelqs between sets).
ANYWAY - the thing I can’t wrap my head around right now is that my gains seem too good to be true in the last two weeks and my positive PIs are off the charts and I’m not experiencing almost any of the negatives I have with pumping in the past. Very little to no donut, minimal edema (yet huge expansion), big fat flaccid hang, and no spongy erections post-workout. Just today, I did a marathon with 7 sets of 12-15 minutes @ 4inHg and came out of the final set measuring 5.75” MSEG but still easily achieved a very firm erection in which I could feel my tunica through what seemed like very little edema, veins popping, etc. Also - this morning (about 20 hours after my last pump), I was measuring 5.375” MSEG with just a mediocre erection. That’s up an easy 3/8” from 2 weeks ago. I haven’t bothered to measure BPEL yet. Been floored by the EG.
So what has changed? What I know has changed is that I’m doing the following which I haven’t done during previous pump attempts:
- 1TSP of L-Citrulline 30 minutes before workout on an empty stomach
- Increased my Maca intake from 3 to 6 caplets a day
- Started ball-stretching with cock rings + a stainless steel hinged ring weight that I purchased a couple weeks ago (which has really dropped my balls and made them loose)
- Pumping with ball-stretching rings (but not the metal weight) in place on my scrotum which seems to really help hold the skin back and let the REAL base of my shaft expand, not just fill with fluid
- Drinking water constantly during pumping workout. I refill my 16oz cup at least 3-4 times and down the whole thing
- Wearing behind-the-ball rings (usually triple stack) basically 24/7 when not in the pump. In addition to my ball stretching rings (don’t worry - the BTB rings aren’t tight enough to hold an erection more than 30 seconds and I can easily urinate with them on. Can barely tell they are on)
- Basically no masturbation. Haven’t relieved myself in at least 4-5 days
So I guess my question is: what’s going on here?? Am I just stacking edema on top of edema and it’s “solidifying” in my shaft between workouts, but then remaining solid enough during the next workout to leave me with nice expansion and hard erections with no donut? Or have I just FINALLY figured out what works for me and seriously expanding the tunica to be able to handle more blood? Did the ball stretching and keeping my scrotum skin out of the tube really make all the difference?
I haven’t taken more than 36-48 hours off in the past 2 weeks because I feel like my dick just keeps WANTING to be pumped and I’m finally loving the workouts. I’m also terrified that if I step away too long, this progress is going to disappear. And I’m reallllly hoping Avocet’s theory that the pump just lasts longer and longer and longer as you remain consistent is true. I have no problem pumping 5 days a week if it gives me and helps me keep all this girth.
Anyway - thanks for reading my novel! I just don’t know what to think at the moment and wanted to share my thoughts to try and figure out what’s really going on.
