Is maybe even less maybe even more?
I am a subscriber to the “less is more” theory of PE and have had decent success this way. I would like to know if anyone has had better results with 2 rest days (IE. 2 on/2off or even 1 on/2off)? I have diligently followed a 2on / 1 off regimen. Recently, because of circumstances, I’ve had a few times where I had 2 rest days in a row. The proceeding workouts have seemed much more effective and my erection quality increased. A search of the forums produced a few mentions of 2 rest days but no mentions of whether anyone thought it to be more effective. Maybe a extra day to heal is better. Any thoughts??
