Is Turtling A Sign Of No Gains
This is my second round of PE. Last time I did PE it lasted for less than a month and got bored. I did the hanging and did 2.5 pounds for the entire 4 weeks and stopped. That was 8 months ago and now I’m back here starting to hang again. This is my second week and I love it. I have a simple set up with very basic stuff. Last week I hanged with 2.5 pounds for 3 Sets of 20 minutes and I just moved up to 4 pounds this week. I feel great. I’m paying close attention to all of the PI’s and doing a good job if I say so myself. I forgot to mention that I have a blow dryer next to me to have periodic heat to my junk while hanging as well. I don’t blast it the entire time but every 5 minutes I will place it on low about 6-8 inches away from my junk and let it blow. My only concern is after the session, I will turtle and it will generally stay that way for a while. Is this a bad sign regarding progress? I have great erections and everything is great but I am 6.8 bone press x 5.5 girth and I’m focusing strictly on length to get the 7.5 bone press. I just don’t want the turtling to mean that I am not accomplishing anything. Thanks in advance!
