Just want everyone starting out to know it works. I hit 7.75” this week and 6” girth (check my signature for my starting statistics). Unfortunately I have been on and off for years. Imagine where I would be if I had stuck with it since joining. For all you newbies there is hope, it works and all you have to do is just stick with it. All the info you need is here for you to absorb and put to use! It’s all in your hands so to speak.

Wow buddy that’s crazy gains for someone who has been on and off, maybe you have been more consistent than you think.

What was your original routine? Just the newbie?

Mostly jelqs, manual stretching, and later clamping. Now I have started using an ads.

Just be careful not to over-do-it. It sounds like you are progressing rather quickly. Know that patience, heat, and stretching is the key to the art of PEing and not the amount of techniques you have tried.
