I've got a quick question about shrinkage

Hey guys I don’t want to make this long, but I just got a quick question. Ok so I will PE for like 3 or 4 days straight and during those days I can see an improvement. By the end of the week my dick will be longer and thicker, and it won’t hurt or anything.it might be a little sore, but in a good way. So then I will take like 2 days off, and after those 2 days it seems like I’m back to normal again.like I lost everything I had gained from the past week. It’s been really weird. I don’t get how some days my dick can feel and look great, be longer and thicker, and then the next day it’s like a 180, and I’m back to normal. Does this happen to anyone else?

I’m not sure what the problem is exactly but drinking lots of water will prob help you out a bit. I drink tons of coffee so I have to drink a lot of water to compensate as well because coffee dehydrates.

I am wondering if anyone knows any other nutrients which will increase the circulation/ blood effectiveness as well?

I second the water advice. It is the best kept secret in PE. The more water you drink the better hang you’ll get on a daily basis. I follow up on hanging sessions with drinking a lot of water as an ADS method.

Its a very normal thing. Its like working out in the gym where on a day if you have worked your biceps, they feel fuller through the day and the next day too. But the fullness reduces with time untill you pump it again. Similar thing happens when you PE. 3-4 days when you are at PE you dick will feel full and you’ll have better flaccid hangs. After 2 days of rest it looks like you lost the fullness. Well my friend, Your dick has rested for 2 days so that doesnt mean you are not growing. Give it time and persist with it. Drink loads of water.


Walk slowly but never backwards.

Perhaps go to the 2 on/1 off routine? I’ve experienced exactly what you’ve described but switching to that routine pretty much got rid of the problem. By the time it starts to shrink after the one day off, it’s time for another PE session and it goes back to “big”.
