Jelq and Stretch Timing

So when I did my last session, I was ending off with jelqing. My unit was so filled with blood and had a really good flaccid hang afterward. This got me thinking: would it be beneficial to Jelq first, then stretch? You’ve got all this blood pumping in your flaccid, why not stretch and have it fill out the tissue being stretched? Of course, I’m new to PE so I’m not entirely sure how it works. I figured I would throw this idea out there and get some opinions from other members. Or is there an actual benefit from stretching first, then jelqing?

Why do you want to stretch a nice full flaccid?

I am against that, have tried it a couple of times in the past, but I always prefered stretching first then jelqing.

It is also harder to stretch a full flaccid to its limits.

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Hmm. I see your point. I guess the way I saw it was the blood will fill the newly stretched areas more since there’s already a good amount of blood flow in the area. I thought it would just be, more or less, shifting the blood down. If that makes any sense. Just an idea.

All stats are pre warmup. Starting Stats taken on 8/20, restarted with those same stats 2/21 due to lack of dedication.

I agree with bill10. It never worked well for me.

Ah. I was just taking some weight lifting ideas and trying to apply them to PE. When lifting you get the most of your workout when you’re getting a pump (massive blood flow to your muscles if anyone doesn’t know the term), so I thought maybe it might work with this. I just wasn’t sure because the anatomy is obviously different haha. That’s why I asked. I wasn’t about to try it until I got some feedback, either. Thanks for the responses and I will mark that one off! :)

No prob.

If it works for you go ahead. But I don’t see how you can stretch effectively a full flaccid.

Stretching needs a completely limp flaccid..

The more I think of it, the more it makes sense hah. I might try it one day for s&g, but I don’t believe it would be the most effective, now.

Try this instead..

Stretching followed by jelqing finish with edging.
