Hey guys is jelq dangerous or not. I have heard from many people after doing jelq they we’re not able to get an erect penis. What is the truth in it?
We believe that enlargement is cause by breaking down and building up the tissues of the penis just like you exercise to make you biceps larger. Many sites says that there are no tissues in the penis that respond this way.

I love my penis and I don’t want to loose it. Just give me your feed back on this

Well just like building muscles at the gym, if you screw around and don’t do it safely you can injure yourself. Never jelq 100% erect and you won’t likely cause injury.

Infact most of us here find jelqing improves our erections. Check around the site and read all you can.

I think the only feedback you need is your own. You need to ascertain whether what you are doing is effective or not. If too much and your erections are suffering, take it easy, lay up on the reps or take a break. I think taking it easy and “listening to your dick” would be the best advice.

I have jelq’d for 15 months since Dec 2003. (Took some time off during that time period) I have not experienced any long-term problems with erections. There have been times when my dick has been tired because of PE’ing, but not any different than when me and the wife were in our younger days and would have sex for days on end. (God, I miss those days.)

A couple weeks ago, I did two really intense days of PE. My dick was somewhat sore, and so I figured I might experience some problems. Actually, quite the opposite happened. I couldn’t keep the damn thing down for a couple days.

So many other things in life can affect erections/penis health: stress, diet, illness.

Just take your time and don’t rush into things. Just like any other physical activity, listen to your body. If you’re experiencing pain, slow down or stop.

Crossing the street is dangerous, just be careful. That’s where this community comes in. Read and learn, then go forth. Knowledge is safety.

You started PE on my birthday! Nice gains by the way. :)

Just start with a low intensity jelqing routine. Slowly build up. If you’re concerned about it overdoing it, then make sure you don’t. A mind (read: penis) is a terrible thing to waste.

I jelq with a 110% erection. Just be careful. :)
