Jelq direction?

I’m doing Jelq forward direction or with penis slightly down. What are differences between forward jelq and downward jelq? Stimulate they different parts of the penis?

And if the direction of jelqs affects on growth, what’s best direction to stimulate growth in lenght?

Ps: upward Jelq what they do? Stimulate they most the girth?
