My primary goal is length so should I stop jelqing and focus just in hang ? , I follow the newbie routine

Some might advise by beginning with exhausting all gains that can be achieved through manuals first.

Then move on to experimenting with equipment, such as an extender.

Once those gains have all been exhausted, then move onto hanging.

Then again, some just jump straight into hanging.

Whatever you do next, keep it safe and controlled. Never jump right into high weight or tension, ramp up slowly and listen to your physiological indicators.

Hanging isn’t part of the newbie routine. Condition yourself by doing just the newbie routine. Many gain with just the newbie routine. There will be many years ahead to add devices.

I forgot hanging and length exercises are different things , I would have to buy the device for that , but I read some articles saying that jelq is more for girth gain , can I have a good length gain with just the newbie routine ?
