Hi, the base of my penis in flacid state is like rolled pointing down , is this a normal thing with jelquing.

I’m having a hard time picturing what you mean. Do you mean that the skin bunches up at the base?

The base of the penis is curved downward in flaccid state not lined

No problem i think its just normal from exercising , case closed :P
