Jelq Rep: One Hand or Two

Is a repetition the sliding of one hand for a jelq or sliding of both hands for a jelq?

Right Hand = One Rep
Left Hand = Second Rep

or

Right Hand + Left Hand = One Rep

Both hands equal one rep.

What!? Fuck. I’ve been counting wrong this entire time?

So my 150 jelqs is actually only 75?

I can’t do anymore than I’m already doing.

Question: If I say I’m doing 150 jelqs (L hand= 75, R hand= 75), I should actually be saying I’m doing 75 jelqs?

Thankyou alex. I hope were right on this. I know over at PEgym they consider 1 rep using both hands. I just thought that was a PE gym thing and not a Thunders thing. According to kingpole, if you do 300 jelqs, thats actually 600 strokes on one penis!

You don’t have to use both hands. Or you can use both hands at the same time (thumb & finger pressure on each corpus cavernosum from above and below on both sides at the same time).

I’m curious how people are doing this as a dry jelq? I generally use one hand for a set then switch to a diff hand, just when I’m pushed it up to the head just release and move back quick?

One hand = one rep for me. But I time rather than count reps.

I dry jelq only, to avoid loosing blood in the unit etc. I’ll do twenty strokes in a row with one hand, then get back to appropriate erection level and switch to the other hand. Same as you really.
