Jelq to the glans

Can someone confirm when Jelqing you go from the base of the Penis (pubic bone) to an inch below glans?

And the glans being the sticky out bit from the shaft at the base of the head?

What happens if you Jelq to the glans, will it increase the size of your head as well or just cause damage?

I haven’t tried it myself, but I suspect jelqing the glans is counterproductive. Since the corpus cavernosa tends to taper a lot under the glans, jelqing that far out may only send blood away from the tip.

Do a search under penile anatomy and you should see what I mean.

The glans is the head, the whole head. It is not attached to the corpora cavernosa as far as blood flow is concerned (see this). You can jelq up to the corona (which is the sticking out part of the glans). Jelqing using a circle grip will compress the corpus spongiosum, which is connected to the glans, but few find that it makes the head larger since the glans has no tunica to stretch. It’s more like expanding a balloon which then collapses after the pressure is released.

Is there any way to enlarge the glans?

ULI’s can elarge the glans losthorizon over time. Just don’t do ULI’s right away until you have jelqed for about 2 months and conditioned yourself.

I have a big head - have to wear cap of the largest size. When I was young, I often tumbled.

Hence, I will also like to have a large glans.
