Hi Everybody,

Before starting jelqing, I have a couple of questions to ask. I am average (according to science): BPEL: 6.5, NBPEL 6, MEG 4.7 and BEG 5.
As my EQ is very good and heard about loads of stories of people loosing it after jelqing, I would like to know if jelqing actually decreases EQ and if anybody has experienced this.
I think I will start for the first 3 months with the newbie routing. My short term goal is to achieve a NBPEL of around 7 and MEG of 5. Would you suggest the nebwbie routine can be a good start and see actual gains within the first three months?
I am also a bit concerned as per the EQ issue reported before. What’s your experience been like?

In my experience, jelqing has only improved my EQ…by leaps and bounds. At 54, I’m bigger and harder and can last longer than I ever did prior to PE. But be careful not to overdo it. You can really reach a plateau with it. And then the plateau even sends you downward if you keep at it too much.

According to science, you are above average dude! Congrats! I guess still in the “common range” though :-)

Jelqing (and stretching) should be done lightly for a while before you get used to the exercises and can build intensity. You may experience immediate loss in EQ, as the penis is exercised/damaged, which jumps back after a couple of days as it recovers and is rebuilt bigger, stronger with bigger blood vessels.

However this should be done along with other exercises, such as kegels, which will help improve your EQ. Look up the Angion Method also as an EQ improving exercise.

The best thing to do is to try the newbie routine and see how it feels, since you will have to have your own experiences to really answer your questions!

Also I would advise rethinking your short term goal. Maybe in 3 months you can gain 0.6” length and 0.4” in girth, MAXIMUM. Just saying this so that you don’t have crazy expectations / push yourself too hard and get injured. I hope that you gain loads though - and enjoy!

Thank you both for your replies. I actually formulated it wrongly. My short term goal is to achieve 7x5, not in 3 months, but in a year or so. I do not wanna rush and get things done improperly. I will start with the newbie routine and try to move to more advance exercises once it starts to be stronger and more used to it.

I also have noticed on the videos uploaded here that the lad doing dry and wet jelqs puts an incredible pressure. It looks a bit too much to me. What would you recommend for a starter the right intensity of both jelqs and stretches to be?

By the way, @univ3rsal I have noticed you are almost completing your first three months. How did it go? Have you been able to achieve your short term goal?

Jelqing improves my EQ….a hour or so after my session and routine my EQ isn’t as good but it’s just dick tiredness not actually EQ issues.

@Cacilo thanks for asking. I didn’t really keep up the proper frequency, over 3 months I averaged 11 sessions per month, and most of those were for just 30 minutes. However I’m making progress. You’re supposed to leave a few days of rest before measuring any progress but without doing that.. My results are 6.1” NBPEL x 4.9” EG. So I am just over halfway to my goal! :) I think I’ll set a new goal though for the next 3 months, so I stay motivated to keep up some kind of daily exercise.
