I think your improvement comes under the the heading of ‘newbie gains’ - That is you have stretched a bit of length that was sitting there latent, and allowed you to use full strength without having a problem.
We don’t advise jelqing at full strength as that has a history of damage, So you do it at some - and your own risk.
You wuold be best advised to drop the pressure, as continuing with full pressure on an unresponsive dick could cause an injury as you try too hard.
