Hi guys,

I’m pretty new here and I’m in the business for 2 large months now.

At first I only jelqed and my penis seemed to gain mostly in girth after about 2 weeks when I first started. I was glad it seemed to work since my penis was about 5 inches which is not enough for me. I worked up to 750 jelqs in 6 weeks (doing them on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and on Friday and Saturday) In that period I bruised my penis twice and I waited till the bruises were healed before I continued.

Then I read about the advantages of stretching so I started to stretch but I’d have to work that up again. I started with 30 secs in every direction and an additional 30 secs stretching in front of me. But every time I stretch my penis gets bruised more easily. (It’s just the skin but I don’t want to bruise anything! At all!) The bruises are not so bad from stretching alone but when I jelq afterward the spots get really big and ugly (the worst spots are about 0,25 inch in diameter). Since I take the time to get healed I can only work out 3 days a week. This last week I decided to stop stretching again and guess what, no bruises at all.

I always have to pump blood in my penis to be able to get a hold of my penis to stretch it. I’ve read this makes the penis more vulnerable. Is there any other way to stretch? I am uncircumcised and I always warm up with a hot wrap (drenched in warm water).

I also don’t get why so many guys hang weights. Isn’t pulling the same?
Also I wonder if it isn’t better to work out 3 days a week, giving it a rest every other day? Since it’s those periods of rest we need? I’ve noticed most gains in the first week I started stretching, I had to give it a rest every other day because of the bruises on the skin + I only jelqed 200 times again, but this time slower (I was doing 2 secs/stroke before) to about 3 or 4 secs/stroke.

My penis is already 6 inches now after about 10 weeks (2 big months) and I also gained almost an inch in circumference from about 4 to about 5 inch.

I forgot to add my erections have never been this hard in my whole life! I’ve been doing Kegel exercises also and my erection is pointing more upward too! Great!

The only blood that is allowed in the penis should be stored in the glans. You won’t stretch the glans but an enlarged glans will greatly improve the grip. Stretching with blood stored inside other parts of the penis can lead to the problems you described.

I think that PE is like any physical pursuit , you start simple , and branch out over time .

Stretching and hanging are similar , yes , but stretching is more dynamic , whereas hanging is more static .

For most guys , time is a limiting factor , so stretching is chosen over hanging , which takes more time and more privacy .

A lot of guys opt for the use of an all day stretcher , or ADS .

I wear three of Montys PE Weights while I am at work , where I am on my feet all day .

As far as your easy bruising , are you warming up before hand ? A good warm up is crucial for easy bruisers .

Also , you may want to look at your nutrition , and make sure you are getting enough vitamin C , and that your overall vitamin and mineral intake is adequate .

Your water intake is another area to watch , make sure you are drinking enough water .

Remember , that over all , slow , steady , and safe will get you where you want to go .

But how do you do that? Do you pump blood in the flaccid penis and sort of jelq all of it to the glans then?

Muscular_Beaver, I do warm up before I start these exercises, now I hope the problem was what Bird2 described, I’ll try to fix that the very next training/work-out. Time is also the reason why I never even considered hanging.

Any thought on less training days? Anyone?

Yeah, I do that. I jelq or push the blood forward and hold it there with an OK grip. Then I just stretch. Works wonderful :) .

Good idea when you are a newbie but an advanced member needs more time. Back when I was a newbie I did 4 days PE a week (T,T,S,S) and took 3 days off (M,W,F). This worked great. Seeing that you are a newbie, PEing 4 days a week might be a good idea. Split them is the best.
