Jelqing : pinching vs. squeezing

I was wondering when I’m jelqing do I use my thumb and index finger in a manner such that I’m squeezing my unit. I feel like that way I’m using too much concentrated force on the area’s where the two meet, and thus more likely to cause damage. However, if I make the index finger and thumb meet and squeeze the space in-between I feel like it’s more of a distributed force around the unit. Any thoughts?

Also, I’ve been kind of confused in the BPEL and NBPEL measurements. If you gain .5” in your BPEL then are you also increasing your NBPEL measurement by .5”?

Do you just use the tip of the thumb and forefiinger, or the whole circle formed by them - The latter is the correct way. as that distributes equal pressure around your penis.

Your second point is difficult to answer as you may stretch (say) one eight of an inch
more than another part .I imagine it depends on any ‘bumps’ you might have.

Hopefully a more ‘technical’ Mod than I can give a better answer.

When I first started two weeks ago, I was using the tip of the thumb and forefinger, but that started to cause some pain and I decided to stop and re-educate myself on what I was doing. So I was doing it the wrong way, and after a couple more days I will get back onto the newbie routine. Thanks alot petitfaun

So that means you can still have the same NBPEL (which is pretty much equivalent to the insertable length of your unit into the woman) but have gained .5” in BPEL?

Like petitfaun said, form a circle and squeeze…then move up the shaft. A properly timed kegel right before you squeeze will push some new blood in and then you can move that blood up the shaft with your stroke.

So long as your fat pad, the level of which is basically controlled by your overall weight. If you’re over weight you will have a bigger fat pad. If you loose weight it will go down so you can actually gain NBPEL simply loosing some weight. If your weight remains constant and you gain BPEL your NBPEL will go up at the same rate as well. Of course your fat pad may vary throughout the day so make sure you always measure around the same time. If your initial measurements were at night then continue to check for gains at night.

Also if I have a slight curve upwards on my unit, when measuring I get the ruler to go along the curve and not just from tip to tip. Without the curve I’m at NBPEL 6.6, and with it I’m at NBPEL 6.8-6.9. Which is the correct measurement? I wanna hit SEEVEEEENN!

Generally you want to straighten out your curve when you are measuring length. That way you get an accurate measurement of your size, rather than measuring “air”.
