Since I’m a newbie I can’t’ post in the Main Forum. I just read a thread by Vincent Van Cock about jelqing that made be post this “poll.” I am well experienced in jelqing but like most here I am looking for the “best” way to jelq.

WHAT IS THE “BEST” JELQING ROUTINE:

A) Morning:10-15min; Night:10-15min (3-5sec strokes)

B) Any part of day:30min (3-5sec strokes)

C) (A) with fast strokes

D) (B) with fast strokes

***Jelqing at moderate pressure***

I am too tired to reply intelligently. The evil purple monkeys out side my window have passed up tools to each other and have started removing the window. This may be a sign I should log off and go lock my self in the basement. I expect that the “best” jelq varies from individual to individual. Crap! the evil little buggers are almost in!

Running a Massive Co-Front.

I think this varies from person to person. Experiment different techniques. for me 1-2 sec strokes are the best because it keeps my erection level steady for a longer period of time. When I use 3-5 sec strokes I can only get about 50 jelks before I have to reset.

I am not trying to find the best way for me, I am asking what type of jelqing regiment made people gain the most. If everyone posts their experiences we might have a jelqing theory explained. Like the question whether one should jelq a along time (30+ min) a day, everyday or for a short time (10-20min) once or twice daily with a one or two day break a week.

Since jelqing is the most important exercise I think it should be explored the most.

Well tomorrow I’m starting doing jelq morning and night, as I have read several threads promoting this.

I have read that thread. Somehow the idea of jelqing everyday with no break seems bad. BTW this guy’s experience might not be even true. But I remember a guy posting here a long time ago (2003?) how he had no gains until he switched to jelqing only. He said when he jelqed for 20 minutes in one day he’d take the next day off and when he jelqed for 10 min a day he wouldn’t take a day off. He claimed that he gained 1” in 1 month. I’m not saying that this guy is telling the truth either but jelqing everyday with no break twice daily just seems like a bad idea. Maybe I’m wrong.

Either or with the 2x15 min. or or once 30 min. as long as they’re slow strokes.
