Jelqing right after stretching?
Hey guys!
Can someone tell me if it’s better to do the jelqing exercises right after you’ve done the stretches?
It makes sense that it would be more effective since the cells are stretched out and probobly would be able to contain more blood.
Can anyone plz tell me if doing so would make any differens? I’d prefer to split them up into one jelqing “class” (33 min) and one stretch “class”
And NOT do them right after eachother since I don’t want to sit and do this for about an hour or so.. Take care, plz answer and happy PE!
