Can someone says to me how much force should I use when doing jelqing and stretching, and should I do keggel exercises when I am doing stretching?

What is best for beginner routine, JP90 and then easily increase number of repeats or should I use some equipment?

Is good to do edging after doing JP90 routine?

Start with the newbie routine. Don’t use too much force both when jelqing and stretching. While stretching try to just keep the stretch and your penis at its max length and don’t force it further. While jelqing at first don’t grip too tight and don’t jelq very erect. Focus to squeeze and put pressure only on the sides and aim to move the blood towards the head and of course stop at least 1 inch before the glans.

Is there any post about types of stretching and how to do it, I found lot of types of stretches like fulcrum,A,V stretches, any advice.

What is the purpose of jelqing, if I understand it is good to push more blood through your penis, is it better to use pump, I had injury and I’m still healing and I want to know where I went wrong.

And should I first do stretching than jelqing or jelqing than stretching
