Jelqing the bottom half of the shaft
I have been jelqing for about a month now and have noticed that I am not getting as much work done for the bottom of my shaft, most of the work is being done to the second half of my penis. I’m sure this is a common problem, what is the solution? Is there an exercise that targets the base of the penis? I want to be proportional, cylindrical, not fat at the end like a baseball bat. I want to make gains over the whole shaft not just the end.
