Jelqing to optimize girth?
Recently discovered this website and have decided to start my PE journey. I am still a little skeptical about the whole thing but willing to try it out. I am currently happy with my length and I don’t want to spend money on equipment which leaves me with kegels and jelqing. My question has to do with jelqing technique; I have read that to optimize girth gains you want to jelq with a higher erection 75-85%? And also that jelqing upwards is better for girth compared to downwards? Do these things sound right or make a difference in your experience? Thanks to everyone who gives input!
