Yeah, I would think if you used the AM for your edging/warm down after doing actual PE exercises, you’d likely have a pretty good outcome. So long as you aren’t relying on the AM for growth, you shouldn’t be too disappointed.

This was the theory. Using it as an additional “cardio” step to bring in blood and all that goodness but not be conned into thinking it does any expansion alone.

The one thing that I am struggling with is that my hands get damn tired. I’m excited for when I get to the point I can do the 3.0 and get that wheel.

I honestly don’t think the device is a requirement. Your hand ‘fitness’ will catch up in good time

That wheel thing is definitely a scam. When your hands, or thumbs, become tired, just give em a break. Growth is not dependent on doing exactly 20 minutes of edging, or fifteen, or any specific time. If you’re getting a bigger,floppier flaccid hang after your workout, then your mission has been accomplished.

Yeah, you’re probably right. My wife would definitely give me shit about getting the wheel too. The bigger flaccid is honestly just as desirable as any erect size increase. I’m thinking I’ll ride out the Angion Method for a while longer and see how far it takes me in EQ and floppiness before I get back to my jelq/stretch routine.

There ya go. I dunno what he’s selling that wheel for, but it’s made from about $15 worth of parts. And it won’t do anything for ya.

There is merit in AM for general penis health but as for gains…. I wasn’t convinced.
