I think one of the tricks of PE is to pick a method that you don’t have to constantly fight with.
For example, I like pumping. However, to pump properly you need to maintain a good erection…fine, PORNO!
Well, I gave up porno (without my gal present), so now what?
I switched to hanging, problem solved.
I think the question to ask you first is how old are you? Has this always been a problem or is it recent.
If it is recent, it could very well be overtraining.
If you are like 50 yrs old, it could be that your hormonal levels might be too low.
If you get back to me with these answers, I might be able to steer you in the right direction.
If it isn’t anything that can be solved, I recommend switching to hanging. If you do it ala Monty530, you don’t need an erection.
He made very impressive gains in length and girth by just hanging and ADS.
So, the point of all this is work smart, and find a method that doesn’t require tons of effort to do it.
Then again, maybe the cockring IS a good solution! :)
