I have done 3 days in a row. Is this overkill? I am not going to be able to do anything on Thurs, Fri or Sat so I was wondering if it is ok to do 5 days in a row before I take my three day break?

Shouldn’t be a problem. A lot of guys don’t take days off at all. (Although a newbie should.)

I didn’t start gaining until I started taking days off.

Well.this is my first week. So far my penis has not felt any pain or soreness the following day. Maybe this means I’m not doing it right.So I will do it for 5 days straight, then take 3 days off. Once I get an ADS I will use that daily as well. Then I will move to a days jelq, 1 day off.

Current Routine: 1. Instead of Hot Wrap. I take a hot shower. Run hot water over the penis for 5 min. 2. Manual stretches. 5 min 3. Jelq. 10-15 min.(not really counting strokes. Just time) 4. Hot wrap

Hi hopeforgains, just because there’s no pain doesn’t mean you are doing something wrong. No pain is a good thing, it means you’re not over doing it and damaging anything.

Time will tell if you are doing it right, as after a while you will start seeing gains in size. If not then up the intensity. Just don’t go thinking it has to hurt for you to get something out of it. A comfortable feeling that you are stretching your wang should be felt, but not pain. Pain is the body’s way of telling you its injured,or to stop doing whatever you were doing.

Anyway, 5 days then a break should be ok, as long as your unit gets some time to heal the microtears PE should create. (non-painful microtears, mind! :p )


Start: 22 Mar 04: 6.5" BPEL x 4.6" EG & 6" head. As at: 1 Jan 05: 7.5" BPEL x 4.8-4.9" EG & 6.3" head.

Re-re-start!: 6 Feb 17: 6.9" BPEL x 4.9" EG & 5.5" head. As of: 23 Feb 17: 7.0" BPEL x 5.0" EG & 6.0" head.

Ideal: ASAP: 8+" BPEL x 5.5+" EG & 6.5+" head But will continue if the going is good!!

I do PE 5 days straight and 2 days off…

I think it’s up to indivudual.

My first two months I only took 2 days off.

Now I am on 1 day on/1 day off schedule for a month. I will see if I gain. I think I will.

I seem to have to take the 1 day on 1 day off approach. My unit is kinda sore the next day not a bad sore but a good kinda sore and always looks thicker. I’m still on the newbie routine too.
