I have about 6 months experience with PE but only manual stretching, hanging and pumping but almost no jelqing.

I want to change that and start investing into jelqing over anything else; with someone with my mixed overall experience how much jelqing would you recommend I do a day?

For now doing 2 days on; 1 day off with 10-15 min per session (at least once a day and twice when I can)

Also would you recommend other jelqing versions or just stick to wet jelqs?

You really should try jelquing its in my opinion the best manual exercise for natural penis growth , it targets more girth than lenght but my penis is not just fatter now its longer also , i did 7 months of jelq 3hours per night i get a thrombosed vein which is not fully healed yet and iv been resting for 6 months , dont jelq for more than 20 mins , i read on PE forums that 10mins of jelq is enough to stimulate growth but 20mins will be obviously better.

Every penis is different as a person is and maybe u end up with a very long dong you have to try , im coming back to jelq slowly im using a large silicon sleeve at the mid of the shaft to jelq safer and its also more exciting hahah i highly recommend you to try this silicon sleeves its lovely.

My best results were doing, I think, a hundred jelqs a day, five days a week. Then two days off, and when I started up the next week of workouts, I would add fifty jelqs for the next week. So by my sixth week I was doing three hundred fifty jelqs per workout. Counting reps worked best for me, I focused on each rep that way, and also If I need time to get a better erection, or let an overly hard erection subside, it doesn’t affect the amount of work in your workout.

Overhand wet jelqs. Dry jelqs could be awkward for those that never jelqed before.
