Jelqing
I have about 6 months experience with PE but only manual stretching, hanging and pumping but almost no jelqing.
I want to change that and start investing into jelqing over anything else; with someone with my mixed overall experience how much jelqing would you recommend I do a day?
For now doing 2 days on; 1 day off with 10-15 min per session (at least once a day and twice when I can)
Also would you recommend other jelqing versions or just stick to wet jelqs?
