I have been jelqing with 225 reps every two days and 1 off day consistently for 2 an a half months with no gains. Should I try 1 off and 1 on?

Sure, it is always good to mix things up a bit and find out what works best for you.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

In my humble opinion… If you are after length gains, the only gain you would get from (only) 225 jelqs 2 ON/1 OFF would be EQ gain/penile health and some conditioning. I would throw in some manual stretches or any other stretching method in there. Or gradually build up your jelqing amount and focus on getting a perfect ”milking” technique and perhaps the gain will come in time.

At the same time, I have come to realize that 2 months is nothing in terms of PE… I have been at this for 6 months now and gained 0.5 cm NBPEL but that is definitely EQ and not actual gain. Just keep going, gradually build your sessions up and always keep an eye on how your penis feel. The only way to know whether PE is for you or not is to keep going and not rush yourself into trouble to quickly because you wan’t those fast gains. Fast and PE does not correlate, hehe.
