Jelqing
When performing the Jelqing with the OK grip, if the pressure is made up and down, I lower the EQ due (I think) to tighten certain nerves. On the other hand, by pressing more to the sides, I have raised my EQ and I can perform the exercise much longer.
Has the same thing happened to you and / or can you corroborate the issue of why you lower the EQ by pressing with the OK grip up and down?
